# Implementation: Upgrade Pre-Commit Hook

## Changes

- Modified `scripts/git-hooks/pre-commit`
|
|
- Added autopilot detection: reads `.agent.md` for `Autopilot: Enabled`
|
|
- Added non-terminal task scanner: runs `status.py --list` and checks for non-complete tasks
|
|
- Added hollow task warning: if autopilot is on and non-terminal tasks exist, prints warning
|
|
- Does NOT block commit — only warns
|
|
|
|
## Files Changed

- `scripts/git-hooks/pre-commit`: ~25 lines added after the existing edit-phase check
