VRAM Configuration Contract

Acceptance Criteria

• Target VRAM context is specified
• Headroom is specified (recommended: 25-40%)
• Max peak context per sub-task is calculated
• Sub-tasks are sized to fit within the max peak context
• VRAM_CONFIG.md is propagated to each sub-task

Stop Condition

When all checkboxes are checked, output "CONTRACT_MET" and stop.
