Archive completed tasks, add cleanup commands, self-documenting dashboard UI

- Archive 79 completed framework-dev tasks from tasks/ -> tasks/complete/
- status.py: add --cleanup-done and --install-cleanup-schedule commands
- Add scripts/automaton-cleanup.sh for periodic task archiving
- Dashboard: rename 'Background' tab -> 'Agent', 'Cleanup' agent -> 'Completed Task Archiver', remove redundant group headers and pill badges, dim inactive agent placeholders
- .rules.md: add Self-Documenting UI Names rule
- New tests: test_cleanup_done.py, expanded test_app.py and test_task.py

+# SPEC: Developer Experience and Gitea CI
+
+## Goal
+Improve framework maintainability with documentation, CI, and cleanup.
+
+## Requirements
+1. Create `AGENTS.md` with:
+   - How to run tests
+   - How to run the dashboard
+   - Code/style conventions
+   - How to add/update prompts
+2. Create `.gitea/workflows/ci.yml` that runs:
+   - `python -m py_compile` on all Python files
+   - `python -m pytest`
+   - `bash -n` on all shell scripts (or `shellcheck` if available)
+3. Update `pyproject.toml` with optional dependency groups.
+4. Delete `templates/contract-template.md` (confirmed unused).
+5. Document remaining templates in `templates/README.md` or `AGENTS.md`.
+6. Update `CHANGELOG.md` with entries for all completed work.

+- [ ] `AGENTS.md` exists and is useful to a new contributor.
+- [ ] Gitea CI file exists and would pass on the current codebase.
+- [ ] `contract-template.md` is removed.
+- [ ] `CHANGELOG.md` reflects the new work.

+- Migrating to GitHub Actions.
+- Rewriting documentation unrelated to the audit fixes.
+
+## Stop Condition
+When all acceptance criteria are met, output "CONTRACT_MET".
