### Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] Headroom is specified (recommended: 25-40%)
- [ ] Max peak context per sub-task is calculated
- [ ] Sub-tasks are sized to fit within the max peak context
- [ ] VRAM_CONFIG.md is propagated to each sub-task

When all checkboxes are checked, output "CONTRACT_MET" and stop.
